In January 2013, Foxford Communities acquired Whisper Glen, consisting of 81 single-family lots in Joliet. Foxford owned the community for a short period of time and sold the property to another investor in June of of the same year.

Acquired by Foxford Communities in January 2013, Green Meadows is a 16-unit luxury townhome development in Vernon Hills, Ill. After purchasing the property, Foxford modified the land plan and the townhome architecture to reflect the market conditions and sold the property in February 2014.

Falcon Trace

Falcon Trace III – FL

Foxford Communities acquired Falcon Trace Ill, a 135-acre property located in Vero Beach, Fla., in October 2013. The property was approved for 258 single-family homes, and Foxford obtained all necessary permits for land development to begin immediately. In June 2017, this property was sold to a national builder.

Cheney Ranch

Cheney Ranch – FL

Foxford acquired Cheney Ranch, approximately 41 acres of land in Palm Beach, Fla., in January 2014. In late 2016, Foxford finalized all of the approvals for this community of 109 single family lots, including a site plan and engineering approvals, as well as technical compliance. The property was sold to a national home builder in December 2017.

Collier

Collier 36 – FL

SOLD OUT. 

A 10-acre property in Naples, Fla., Collier 36 was acquired by Foxford in January 2014. The property is currently zoned as agricultural but with a future-land-use designation as urban, mixed-use, or urban-residential. Foxford has requested to rezone the property to a designated residential development. The rezoning and site plan approval process was completed in April 2015, and the property was sold to a prominent national homebuilder soon thereafter.

Fern Street

Fern Street Development – FL

Foxford Communities acquired Fern Street Development, a proposed condominium-conversion in West Palm Beach Fla., in February 2011. The transaction included a historic six-story building that could be converted into 89 loft-style residential units as a well as a parking lot, which could be developed into a 237-unit residential community. Foxford marketed the building and parking lot as a residential development and sold it to a major Palm Beach Gardens development company in August 2012.

Villa Tara- Hedrick – FL

Foxford Communities purchased this 10-acre property in June 2015. In April 2016, Foxford acquired all entitlements including Land Use, Zoning, Site Plan and Technical Compliance to achieve “shovel ready”. The site, located in central Palm Beach County north of Southern Blvd. off Jog Road, was sold in September 2016.
